Divorces, Break-Ups, Etc.

Divorces, or break-ups with a fiancée, boyfriend or girlfriend, can trigger suicidal feelings, especially when the suicidal person drinks or uses drugs. If you know someone going through a divorce or breakup, be supportive, but also be aware that they may be more depressed than they appear, and may even be suicidal.
